    To register the copyright for your photos at the US Copyright Office, you need to fill out a form with up to 750 filenames and corresponding image Titles.  The Text Exporter in Photo Mechanic can help save some time in this process. 


    Steps Covered in the Video

  • Select the files you want to include in your form 
  • File ▶ Export.
  • Choose "Text Exporter".
  • In the header type in:  Title{tab}Filename.
  • For the body of the export, type in {object}{tab}{filename}.
  • Click Export.
  • Name your file with a .tsv extension.
  • Open that file in a spreadsheet program (like Excel, for example).
