How To Find Your Accounts

Your most recent purchase date for Photo Mechanic will determine where to find your license accounts.

For licenses purchased on or after March 12th 2024, you will have two accounts.

  • The first is your Store account at https://camerabits.onfastspring.com/account where you can manage your orders and your subscription or perpetual license.  Click the above link, then enter the email address used for your order, and you’ll receive an email with a direct link to your store account.
  • The second account is your License Portal account which was created during your license purchase.  This account is where you can recover license activations that may be lost if you forget to Deactivate your software or lose your computer to theft or damage.
    • IMPORTANT: This portal is only for licenses purchased on or after March 12, 2024.
    • If logging in for the first time at https://users.camerabits.com/login, choose “Forgot Password” and set up your login password.
    • Once you are logged in, choose “Licenses” from the menu on the left to see a list of your licenses and their current status.

For all licenses purchased before March 12th 2024, you will have one account.

  • You’ll find your account by logging in at   https://legacy.camerabits.com/login where you will be able to see your account information, order history, and License Keys.  Since there will no longer be an option to purchase licenses in this branch of the store, your account will show in a read-only format.
  • For assistance with your license or activations, please contact our Support team.
